Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.
